Any time a group of stakeholders gather in person to agree on something, there is potential for confusion, mixed messages, and inefficiency. Visual facilitation gets all players on the same page and moving in a common direction by translating across the different languages that each stakeholder is used to speaking in (i.e. tech vs. finance vs. marketing vs. design). Our favorite meetings to facilitate are those that value and follow the design thinking process (developing personas, journey mapping, brainstorming, prototyping, feedback, and iterating).

We are developing a series of courses related Visual Thinking that will be available on Skillshare. The first course, developed in partnership with Skillshare and Fifty Three, focuses on generating ideas and understanding concepts through drawing data. It's a fun introduction into getting your left brain and right brain to work together to be both creative and analytical.
